The role requires consistent vendor interaction, daily requirement tracking, and effective marketing of NON-IT consultants. This position suits professionals who understand the pace and discipline required in bench sales and can deliver steady submissions in a competitive environment.Key Responsibilities Market available NON-IT consultants (H1B, H4 EAD, GC, USC) for roles such as, Healthcare Support, Medical, Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Operations, and other functional domains. Identify daily NON-IT requirements from vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients. Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure continuous requirement flow. Position consultants through calls, emails, and job portals. Negotiate rates and confirm submissions with vendors and clients. Maintain accurate daily and weekly submission and pipeline reports. Prepare and format consultant resumes as per client requirements. Track project end dates and ensure timely re-marketing of consultants.Requirements 1–2.5 years of experience in US NON-IT bench sales or US NON-IT staffing. Clear understanding of US work authorization types and submission procedures. Exposure to NON-IT functional roles across multiple industries. Strong communication, follow-up, and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple consultants and requirements simultaneously. Comfortable working in a target-driven, fast-paced US staffing environment. Stable experience with good documentation and reporting discipline.
