Description: Technical Account Manager Programmatic Advertising (PMP & PG Focus)Location: Hyderabad (WFO)Timings: 5 PM 2 AMDepartment: Advertising Solutions / Programmatic OperationsAbout The Role:Were seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) with deep expertise in Programmatic Guaranteed (PG) and Private Marketplace (PMP) campaigns to join our fast-growing advertising team.This role demands hands-on operational experience in DV360, The Trade Desk (TTD), and major SSPsfocusing on campaign setup, deal troubleshooting, and root cause analysis to ensure flawless deal execution and delivery across premium inventory.Youll serve as the technical backbone for programmatic partnerships, bridging the gap between ad tech, operations, and client successresolving delivery challenges, ensuring deal health, and optimizing revenue outcomes through proactive technical analysis.What Youll Do:- Own end-to-end deal execution for PMP and PG campaigns across DV360, TTD, and other DSPscovering setup, testing, activation, and optimization.- Troubleshoot delivery and pacing issues, including bid request mismatches, targeting conflicts, deal ID misconfigurations, and creative approvals.- Perform deep-dive investigations using log-level data, deal diagnostics, bid landscape analysis, and supply chain transparency tools to find and resolve root causes.- Partner with sellers, buyers, and platform teams to ensure proper deal configuration, creative approvals, and campaign pacing alignment.- Collaborate with SSPs and DSP support teams to resolve discrepancies, IVT/brand safety blocks, and deal connectivity issues in real time.- Analyze bid rates, win rates, floor impacts, and delivery metrics to identify optimization levers for improved fill and performance.- Provide technical guidance on inventory curation, audience segments, contextual targeting, and floor management.- Manage test campaigns and new feature rollouts, ensuring smooth platform integrations and accurate reporting setup.- Act as a subject matter expert for troubleshooting within DV360, TTD, Xandr, Magnite, and other platforms.- Deliver post-campaign insights, troubleshooting summaries, and actionable recommendations for future deals.- Document all recurring issues, develop SOPs, and collaborate with the Product/Tech teams to eliminate repeat blockers.What Youll Bring:- 35 years of hands-on experience in programmatic trading or technical account management with focus on PMP/PG execution.- Deep working knowledge of DV360 and The Trade Desk (deal creation, creative mapping, pixel validation, troubleshooting).- Strong understanding of OpenRTB, deal mechanics, bid stream analysis, and log-level data interpretation.- Familiarity with SSPs (Magnite, PubMatic, Index Exchange, etc.) and debugging tools (Charles, Fiddler, Ad Verification tools).- Analytical mindset with the ability to connect technical issues to business outcomes.- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills, capable of working with sales, product, and engineering teams.- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, or BI tools (Looker, Tableau) for custom troubleshooting and reporting is a plus.
