Responsibilities : Record and classify transactions in Expensify, Bill.com, andQuickBooks Online(QBO) Manage Accounts Payable & Receivable—process invoices, vendor payments, and customer billing. Reconcile bank, credit card, and liability accounts (including payroll). Handlerevenue recognitionand month-end close, ensuring accurate journal entries and reports. Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with key metrics. EnsureGAAP compliance , maintain documentation, and streamline accounting processes.Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance (preferred). 3–5 years of accounting experience; audit background a plus. Strong proficiency inQBO ; experience with Bill.com, Divvy, Ignition, Expensify, and Google Suite preferred. Sholid understanding of revenue recognition and reconciliations. Excellent attention to detail, communication, and time management skills Ability to work independently in a remote setup
