IT Governance Manager

Key Responsibilities : - Lead and manage IT governance frameworks and operations in alignment with COBIT, ITIL, and ISO 20000 standards.- Develop, implement, and monitor IT policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.- Oversee policy development, compliance tracking, and IT service management continuous improvement initiatives.- Coordinate IT risk assessments, audit readiness activities, and regulatory reporting.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, auditors, and regulators to ensure IT processes support organizational goals.- Maintain and manage the IT governance calendar, including governance forums, meetings, and action tracking.- Provide expert guidance on governance best practices, control mechanisms, and compliance frameworks.- Prepare governance documentation, dashboards, and reports for senior management, risk committees, and audit & Skills : - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Masters preferred).- 10+ years of experience in IT Governance, ITSM, Compliance, or Risk Management roles.- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with COBIT, ITIL, and ISO 20000 frameworks.- Proven track record of policy development, audit readiness, and governance program execution.- Excellent understanding of IT risk management, regulatory compliance, and audit processes.- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.- Relevant certifications such as COBIT, ITIL Expert, ISO 20000, CISA, or CGEIT are highly desirable.
