This role requires 2 days per week Work From Office and offers flexibility for the remaining days.Key Responsibilities :- Develop, maintain, and optimize server-side applications using Node.js.- Design and implement scalable APIs and microservices.- Collaborate with front-end, QA, and product teams for seamless integration.- Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code with proper documentation.- Conduct code reviews and ensure best practices in coding and security.- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance for high-traffic applications.- Integrate with SQL and NoSQL databases.Required Skills & Qualifications :- 4 to 7 years of hands-on experience in Node.js development.- Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, asynchronous programming, and event-driven architecture.- Proficiency with frameworks like Express.js, Nest.js, or Koa.- Experience with databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.- Good understanding of RESTful APIs, authentication (JWT/OAuth2), and web security.- Familiarity with Git and collaborative development practices.- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.Preferred Skills (Nice to Have) :- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).- Hands-on with Docker, Kubernetes, or CI/CD pipelines.- Exposure to GraphQL or message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
