We're Hiring: Client & Studio CoordinatorLocation: Mumbai (Hybrid)Experience: 2–5 years at a design or architecture studioCompany: Maison VistaarAre you someone who thrives in a creative, fast-moving environment? Maison Vistaar is looking for a multi-talented Studio Coordinator who gets the world of design, loves systems, and can wear many hats.Key Responsibilities- Be the first point of contact for all leads via WhatsApp, Instagram & email - Schedule consultations, maintain calendars, and send reminders - Assist in client onboarding, share introductory decks, and explain service flow - Coordinate with designers, site engineers & vendors to ensure deliverables move on time - Document meetings, update trackers, and follow up with internal team members - Post job openings, screen resumes, set up interviews with candidates - Maintain project timelines, photoshoot schedules, and internal folders - Liaise with the founder (Khushboo) to prioritize weekly tasks✅ What We're Looking For- Experience in an interior design or architecture studio is essential - Has worked as a design assistant, EA, coordinator, or studio manager - Strong knowledge of design workflows (layout, 3Ds, site recce, handovers, etc.) - Well-versed with tools like Google Drive, WhatsApp Web, Zoom, Canva, Google Sheets - Strong spoken & written English — must be client-facing and articulate - Is a multitasker, great at follow-ups, scheduling, and team nudges - Bonus if you’ve helped manage hiring, social media, or content calendarsThis Role Is Not For You If:- You’ve never worked in a design or creative studio - You are only looking for backend/admin work - You're uncomfortable with dynamic roles that require flexibilityTo Apply:Email your CV to maisonvistaar@gmail.comContact: Mr. Vishal – +91 98200 74126
