The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership with deep technical expertise across modern data platforms, full stack development, and cloud-native architectures.Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of engineers across data, full stack, and DevOps disciplines. Drive product development from architecture to deployment for our data platform. Collaborate closely with product, design, and leadership teams to align on roadmap and delivery. Establish engineering best practices for code quality, scalability, and reliability. Design and implement data pipelines usingApache Airflow ,Trino ,Superset , andDataHub . Oversee full stack development components that integrate data and visualization layers. Manage cloud-native deployments onAWS ,Azure , andGCP , with hands-on experience inKubernetes . Implement and manage MLOps workflows usingMLflowandJupyterHub . Contribute to architecture decisions and ensure adherence to performance and cost-efficiency goals.Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of experience in software, full stack, or data engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Strong hands-on experience withPythonand modern data-engineering workflows. Proficiency with open-source data stack:Apache Airflow, Trino, DataHub, Superset, JupyterHub, MLflow . Solid understanding ofcloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP)andKubernetes . Proven experience inproduct development , from MVP to scalable deployment.
