Role Summary As aPartnership Lead , you will be the primary point of contact for our key distribution partners. Your responsibility is toactivate, educate, and empower partnersto generate high-quality loan referrals. You will manage relationships, provide product training, gather feedback, and ensure a seamless partner experience—from onboarding to revenue realization. Key Responsibilities Partner Activation & Onboarding: Identify and onboard high-potential partners acrossCA firms and real estate consultants . Conduct demos, webinars, and workshops to educate partners on platform features and benefits. Relationship Management: Serve as the primary contact for partners and ensure timely resolution of queries. Build trust and strengthen relationships to make the platform the preferred partner for secured loans. Loan Funnel Growth: Drive quality lead flow through partner engagement, campaigns, and training. Coordinate withCredit & Operations teamsto ensure leads are efficiently converted into disbursals. Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor partner activity, funnel metrics, and revenue contribution using internal dashboards. Provide actionable insights to improve partner experience and outcomes. Feedback & Product Improvement: Collect structured feedback from partners on usability, loan products, and support quality. Collaborate with Product and Tech teams to suggest partner-centric improvements. Incentive & Loyalty Programs: Support the rollout ofloyalty programs, contests, and rewardsto motivate partners. Required Skills & Experience 2–6 yearsof experience inrelationship management, sales, partnerships, or business developmentin BFSI, fintech, or lending sectors. Strongcommunication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills . Prior experience working withChartered Accountants or the real estate industryis a plus. Comfortable working in afast-paced, tech-enabled startup environment . Proficient withCRM tools and data dashboardsfor monitoring partner performance. Openings & Compensation 5 positions:2–3 years experience | Gross Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000/month 5 positions:3–6 years experience | Gross Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹70,000/month Job Location:New Delhi
