About the Role The Builder Relations Associate is responsible for managing and strengthening relationships with builders and developers across Hyderabad. The role includes builder onboarding, collecting accurate project information, and coordinating commission settlements after sales. It involves both field visits and office-based work.Key ResponsibilitiesBuilder Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain long-term relationships with builders and their sales/CRM teams.Conduct regular field visits to understand project offerings and maintain engagement.Act as the main point of contact between Relai and builders.Builder Onboarding & Data CollectionIdentify new builders and projects to onboard onto the Relai platform.Collect complete project data including pricing, inventory, amenities, approvals, payment plans, and offers.Ensure accuracy of all builder-submitted information.Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project listing.Commission & Commercial CoordinationEnsure builders agree to Relai’s commission structure.Track leads and sales for commission eligibility.Follow up with builder CRM/Finance teams for timely commission credit.Maintain transparent documentation of commercial agreements.Reporting & OperationsUpdate CRM tools with builder interactions, project data, and visit notes.Share market updates, competitor insights, and project changes with internal teams.Help maintain a clean and updated builder database.Required Skills & Qualifications1–4 years experience in real estate, channel partner management, business development, or field sales.Strong communication and relationship-building skills.Comfortable with field visits three to four days a week.Understanding of Hyderabad real estate markets is a plus.Ability to collect and verify large sets of project data.Strong negotiation and follow-up skills.Basic proficiency in Google Sheets/Docs and CRM tools.Key AttributesProfessional, trustworthy, and confident in representing Relai.Data-driven mindset with attention to detail.Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently.Persistent in follow-ups and ensuring commitments are met.Why Join Relai?
