Role: Manager / Senior Manager Banking Partnerships & Alliances


Responsibilities:

  • Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with banking partners to foster collaboration and support strategic goals.
  • Partnership Negotiations: Lead negotiations for new partnerships and manage renewals of existing agreements.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze the performance of banking partnerships to ensure they meet agreed-upon metrics and objectives.
  • Strategic Development: Identify opportunities for expanding alliances and enhancing the value of existing partnerships.
  • Document Management: Oversee the creation, storage, and retrieval of documents related to banking alliances, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Process Improvement: Develop and implement procedures for efficient documentation handling and operational workflows.
  • Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, such as legal, compliance, and operations, to support the execution of banking partnerships and related processes.
  • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any issues related to documentation or operational processes that impact the banking alliance’s function.


Desired Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. An MBA or relevant advanced degree is often preferred.
  • 5-8 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or a similar role, ideally within the fintech or financial services sector.
  • Proven track record of building and managing strategic partnerships, particularly with banking institutions. Self-starter with ability to work effectively in a dynamic team
  • Strong understanding of the fintech landscape, including current trends, regulatory environment, and technological innovations.
  • Familiarity with banking operations, financial products, and services. Team player with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • Superior communications and presentation skills
  • Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders

Should be comfortable for Work from office 5 days working + alternate Saturday working
