Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant based in Ahmedabad. The Administrative Assistant will handle a variety of day-to-day tasks such as providing administrative support, managing phone calls, maintaining communication within the team, and performing clerical duties. Additional responsibilities include supporting executive administrative tasks, ensuring effective office operations, and assisting in various projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
- Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
- Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
