Key Responsibilities:


  • Training and Development: Participate in structured training programs covering different aspects of medical research and management.
  • Research Support: Assist in the design, implementation, and management of research projects (e.g., outcomes research/patient camps).
  • Data Management: Collect, analyze, and interpret data from research studies and clinical trials.
  • Report Preparation: Prepare and present research reports, summaries, and findings to senior researchers and stakeholders.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all research activities comply with relevant regulations and ethical guidelines.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with research teams, healthcare professionals, and external partners to support research initiatives.
  • Project Management: Assist in planning, scheduling, and managing research projects to ensure timely completion.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of research activities, including data collection and analysis, project progress, and outcomes.


Qualifications:


  • Education: BPharm/MPharm, additional MBA preferred
  • Experience: Internship or any relevant experience (1-2 years) in medical research is preferred but not required.
  • Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
