Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Application Administrator to manage, support, and optimize our core retail applications, including MS Dynamics 365 Business Central and POS systems, The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring system stability, smooth integrations, and prompt resolution of issues to support retail operations across stores and warehouses.

Key Responsibilities :

- Oversee day-to-day administration and support of MS Dynamics 365 Business Central, POS systems, Oracle Fusion, and other key business applications.

- Ensure seamless integration and data flow between POS systems, ERP (Business Central), and financial systems (Oracle Fusion).

- Monitor system performance, conduct regular health checks, and implement enhancements to improve stability and efficiency.

- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to troubleshoot and resolve complex operational and application issues within defined SLAs.

- Manage user access, security roles, and permissions to ensure data security and compliance.

- Coordinate application upgrades, patch management, and deployment of new features across retail systems.

- Work closely with store operations, supply chain, finance, and merchandising teams to support their application needs and resolve transactional issues.

- Ensure timely setup of applications and systems for new store openings and retail expansions.

- Create and maintain documentation, including SOPs, training guides, and knowledge base articles.

- Support training initiatives and provide guidance to end-users on application usage and best practices.

- Track and manage incidents and service requests using an ITSM/ticketing system.

- Liaise with software vendors and support teams for escalation, issue tracking, and delivery of fixes or customizations.

- Ensure system compliance with internal policies, audit requirements, and retail industry standards.

- Participate in system testing, UAT, and rollout planning for new functionalities and integrations.

- Assist with data reporting and analytics to support business operations and decision-making.

Required Education :

- Bachelors degree in Information Systems or a relevant field.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.

- Proficient in MS Dynamics 365 Business Central and its integrations with POS and ERP platforms.
