Technical Lead (Python Backend)

Location: Pune, Kalyani Nagar | Competitive Package

About the Role:

- We're looking for a Technical Lead who can - code, - mentor, and architect scalable systems.

- You'll lead a squad of developers, design backend solutions, and drive projects from idea impact.

- This isn't just another coding gig - it's your shot at shaping culture, steering tech decisions, and building legendary systems.

What You'll Do:

- Lead and mentor a team of developers.

- Write scalable, testable, and efficient code.

- Architect backend systems using Django / Flask / FastAPI.

- Conduct code reviews & enforce best practices.

- Solve complex problems with DSA & system design.

- Collaborate with Product, QA, and DevOps for on-time delivery.

- Troubleshoot & provide innovative technical solutions.

- Drive the technical growth of the team and projects.

What We're Looking For:

- 5 to 10 years in software dev & architecture.

- Strong hands-on with DSA.

- Expertise in Python backend frameworks (Django, Flask, FastAPI).

- Proven leadership - leading & mentoring teams.

- Bonus points for knowledge in Ruby on Rails, PHP, JavaScript.

- Git - Jenkins - CI/CD

- Comfortable in Linux/UNIX environments.

- Killer communication + problem-solving skills.
