Join us to contribute to the evolving landscape of international cybersecurity, where your legal expertise will make a significant impact, ensuring a secure digital world for all.Location - Mumbai / DelhiMajor Responsibilities- Responsible for all aspects of the contracting cycle with respect to sales and procurement agreements and various other contracts. - This will include the negotiation of standard contracts as well as customer specific contracts and negotiations directly with distributors, vendors, etc. - Collaborate with local business leaders and advise on legal risks and issues related to the Company’s business, including sales, purchasing, HR, product, corporate and dispute resolution.Desired Background- Qualified licensed lawyer with at least 3 years of relevant experience. - Familiarity with standard contract terms and conditions for sales of product and software. - Demonstrate excellent verbal and written skills in English, including work experience. - Working knowledge of MS Word and Excel. - Excellent contract development and negotiation skills. - Prior experience of advising tech companies is a plus. - Prior exposure to various jurisdictions in APAC, such as ANZ, Greater China, South-East Asia, Japan and Korea, is a plus.
