
Senior Salesforce CPQ Specialist

Job Description :
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the configuration, customization, and deployment of Salesforce CPQ solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
- Gather and analyze business needs from cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, IT) and translate them into scalable CPQ solutions.
- Manage and maintain product catalogs, pricing structures, discounting rules, bundles, and approval processes.
- Optimize CPQ performance and maintain data integrity across all quote-to-cash workflows.
- Integrate CPQ with other Salesforce modules and third-party tools, including Salesforce Revenue Cloud (preferred).
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including configuration guides and user manuals.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members and CPQ administrators.
- Troubleshoot and resolve CPQ-related issues, ensuring a high level of system reliability and user satisfaction.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to continuously identify opportunities for process improvement.
Required Qualifications & Skills :
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ implementation, configuration, and support.
- Strong understanding of quoting, pricing models, product bundling, discounting, and approval workflows.
- Experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud is a strong plus.
- Salesforce CPQ certification(s) highly preferred (e.g., Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist).
- Proficiency in Salesforce administration, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and integration techniques.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with keen attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Preferred Skills (Good to Have) :
- Experience in integrating Salesforce CPQ with ERP systems or other CRM tools.
- Knowledge of billing systems and financial workflows in the quote-to-cash cycle.
- Familiarity with tools like DocuSign, Conga, Zuora, or similar Prior experience in working with global sales teams or SaaS-based environments.
