Requirements Gathering and Analysis :

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, user needs, and functional requirements for BI projects and initiatives.

- Conduct requirements gathering sessions, workshops, and interviews to elicit and document business requirements, user stories, and use cases.

- Analyze complex datasets, business processes, and systems to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform decision-making and drive business value.

- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories, ensuring alignment with project objectives, scope, and priorities.

- Work closely with development teams to clarify requirements, provide guidance, and validate solutions throughout the development lifecycle.

Data Analysis and Visualization :

- Perform data analysis and modelling to support BI initiatives, including data profiling, cleansing, transformation, and visualization.

- Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to communicate insights and findings effectively to stakeholders.

- Conduct ad hoc analysis and exploratory data analysis (EDA) to answer business questions and uncover actionable insights from large and complex datasets.

Project Management and Collaboration :

- Manage project timelines, priorities, and deliverables, ensuring that requirements are captured, documented, and delivered on time and within scope.

- Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders, and escalate issues as needed to ensure project success.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA engineers, and product managers, to ensure alignment of requirements with technical solutions and business objectives.

- Foster a collaborative and results-driven work environment, promoting knowledge sharing, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; Master's degree preferred.

- Proven experience (3 years) as a business analyst or related role in the field of business intelligence, data analysis, or software development.

- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex datasets, identify trends, and extract actionable insights.

- Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation; experience with database systems (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) is a plus.

- Experience with business intelligence tools and platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik) for data visualization and reporting.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and solutions.

- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables in a fast-paced environment.

- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (e.g., JIRA) is desirable.
