Senior Manager - Client Relations

Role Summary:

We seek a talented professional to support senior management's initiatives in serving existing investors, family offices and wealth management firms. The candidate will require a strong understanding of markets, along with communication skills, both oral and written, for interacting with clients and wealth managers. He / She will be stationed in Delhi but will be required to manage the Rest of Delhi NCR regions in the north and thus should be willing to travel to these locations on a regular basis.

Location: Delhi

Experience: 5 to 10 years

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and enhance relationships with existing direct clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely and effective support, and addressing any concerns or issues.

- Build, nurture, and strengthen relationships with distribution partners, identifying opportunities for mutual growth and collaboration.

- Identify new business opportunities within the existing client base and partners, leveraging relationships to drive revenue growth.

The ideal candidate should possess:

- 5-8 years of experience in relationship management in wealth/asset management, with a strong focus on client servicing and institutional partnerships.

- MBA, CFP, CFA or equivalent qualification is preferred.

- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a client-centric approach, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at various levels.
