You will be responsible for planning and executing growth strategies for our D2C brandSafnixGo , focused on international markets (US/UK/EU). Key areas include paid ads, funnel optimisation, creative direction, and data-driven insights. The ideal person is a blend ofstrategist + executor , comfortable with D2C marketing, video-first growth, and performance analytics.Responsibilities Looking for someone who can: Run high-convertingMeta (Facebook + Instagram)andGoogle Ads Build and optimiseD2C funnelsfor sales growth SuggestShopify CRO improvements(strategy only, no coding) Guide & planvideo creativesfor Reels, Shorts, and paid ads Support organic growth onInstagram, Facebook, and YouTube Provide basicSEO recommendations Analyse campaign data to improve ROAS, CAC, CTR & conversions Test creative angles, audiences, and hooks for performance scalingSuitable for: ✔ Freelance Performance Marketer (D2C) ✔ E-commerce Ads Specialist ✔ Shopify & Instagram Ads Expert ✔ Growth Marketer for US/UK/EU markets ✔ Creative Strategist for D2C BrandsQualifications Strong hands-on experience withD2C Performance Marketin g (Meta Ads required; Google Ads preferred )Knowledge ofgrowth marketing framework s, funnel optimisation, and scaling strategie sProficiency inmarketing analytic s &web analytic s (Meta dashboards, GA4, Shopify analytics )Experience withlead generatio n and conversion-oriented campaign sAbility to interpret data and convert insights into actio nCreative thinking with understanding ofvideo-first conten tPrior experience withD2C brands, or e-commerc e is a strong advantag eAbility to adapt quickly to tools, platforms, and fast-moving workflows
