We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Finance to lead our finance and accounting functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and compliance activities. The Head of Finance will play a critical role in driving business growth and ensuring financial stability and transparency.


❖ Develop and implement financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

❖ Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to support business decision-making and drive performance improvement.

❖ Monitor financial performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reporting to senior management.

❖ Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, in accordance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards.

❖ Oversee internal controls and compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.

❖ Develop appropriate processes to reduce tax burden. Monitor compliance with statutory authorities for taxation.

❖ Liaise with external Auditors to ensure timely and smooth closure of financials. Smoothly complete statutory and internal audits.

❖ Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to optimize financial resources and support business operations.

❖ Develop and implement strategies to mitigate financial risks, including currency risk, interest rate risk, and liquidity risk.

❖ Monitor banking relationships and negotiate terms and conditions with financial institutions.

❖ Partner with senior management to develop long-term financial strategies and plans to support business growth and expansion.

❖ Conduct financial analysis and due diligence for potential investments, acquisitions, and strategic initiatives.

❖ Evaluate capital allocation decisions and investment opportunities to maximize shareholder value.

❖ Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, including financial analysts, accountants, and treasury specialists.

❖ Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to enhance team members' skills and capabilities.

❖ Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the finance team.
