Job Description :Responsibilities :- Architect and design complex Teamcenter solutions, focusing on enterprise-wide scalability, performance, and maintainability.- Develop comprehensive solution roadmaps and architectural blueprints.- Provide expert guidance on Teamcenter best practices, integration strategies, and technology selection.- Lead the development of custom solution designs and definitions for large-scale, strategic projects.- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their long-term business goals and challenges.- Conduct in-depth client assessments and requirements gathering sessions.- Develop and present strategic solution proposals and recommendations.- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.- Architect and implement advanced Active Workspace configurations and customizations.- Design and implement complex server-side customizations to enhance core Teamcenter functionality.- Utilize and optimize Teamcenter integration frameworks like T4EA, T4S, and T4O.- Ensure seamless integration of Teamcenter with other enterprise systems.- Lead the architectural vision and implementation of large-scale Teamcenter projects.- Drive project execution using Agile methodologies, ensuring iterative development and continuous improvement.- Manage architectural risks and dependencies, ensuring successful project delivery.- Mentor and guide junior architects and developers.- Stay abreast of the latest PLM trends and technologies.- Contribute to the development of internal best practices and methodologies.- Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the PLM practice.- Share knowledge and expertise through presentations, workshops, and :Experience : 10-15 years of experience in designing, consulting, and implementing Teamcenter solutions.Technical Expertise :- Expert-level knowledge of Teamcenter architecture, customization, and integration.- Extensive experience with Active Workspace configuration and customization.- Deep understanding of server-side Teamcenter customizations.- Proven experience with Teamcenter integration frameworks (T4EA, T4S, T4O).- Strong PLM functional and technical skills.Preferred Qualifications:- Advanced certifications in Teamcenter or related PLM technologies.- Experience with cloud-based Teamcenter deployments and architectures.- Experience with leading large, multi-year PLM transformation projects.- Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (ref:hirist.tech)
