  • Knowledge of ServiceNow Fundamental in ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB & Asset, Service Catalog).
  • Ability to assess vendor security within Compliance and Risk applications.
  • Ability to leverage ServiceNow GRC tools to track, monitor, report, and remediate findings.
  • Proficient in Java Script and ServiceNow Java script APIs.
  • Experience working with Agile teams, methodologies, and tools in a virtual environment.
  • ServiceNow certifications (ServiceNow Certified IRM Developer, ServiceNow Certified System Administrator is desirable.
  • Can create custom business rules, client scripts, script includes, UI policies, ACL's, data policies, UI scripts.
  • Can troubleshoot basic configuration/script issues.
  • Can work independently and collaboratively with customers and delivery teams on implementations and remote services.
  • Performs migration activities Dev to QA, QA to Prod.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills to effectively communicate quality technical and functional system specifications
  • Participate in problem analysis, code review, and system design.
  • Develop scripts and code for API’s and web service integrations.
