Ecommerce Specialist

Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Operations Executive to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role will be to coordinate with the marketing team to manage purchase orders across all sales channels, create accurate documentation and invoicing using the ERP system, and ensure timely delivery by collaborating with internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

•Coordinate with the marketing team to manage and process purchase orders for all sales channels, including q-commerce, retail, general trade, and modern trade.

•Create and maintain documentation, including invoices, in the ERP system.

•Share generated invoices with the designated team member responsible for delivery coordination.

•Monitor order workflows to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

•Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and resolve any order-related issues.

•Maintain organised records and ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience working with e-commerce operations
• Must be in or willing to relocate to Bangalore ( around HSR )
