We are looking for a Business Consultant, ideally between 3-8 years of experience in Business & Digital Transformation, Strategy Consulting, Performance Improvement, Market Research & benchmarking, Commercial & Tech due diligence, Omni-Channel CX, eCommerce or Marketplace business & operations consulting to join our team.



As a Consultant

  • Create valid business case and strategic transformation roadmaps. Good understanding of market dynamics, business value proposition and complexities of implementation to develop strategic roadmap for clients
  • Functional hands-on experience on CX, Commerce & MarTech strategy.
  • Build Biz/Digital Strategy & Point of views on client requirements & market landscape.
  • Provide Digital, data, tech, commerce, and marketing-specific solutions to enable CX transformation in the Digital, eCommerce and MarTech space
  • Be the clients’ strategic partner in creating a detailed analysis of their the current ‘As-Is’ state to a “to-be” state. (Baseline -> Benchmark -> Optimize) o Understand and identify their business processes and ecosystem to identify gaps, vulnerabilities to develop a logical transformation roadmap
  • Advising clients on the design of the future business operating model and/or technology implementation roadmap


Desired Profile

  • 3-8 years of work experience in a client-facing Digital/eCommerce solutions consulting role in an MBB/ Big4 / Digital Transformation / Tech Consulting focused professional services environment.
  • At least 2-6 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce or Marketplaces business operations & category management team.
  • Familiarity with leading eCommerce platforms such as Adobe, Azure, SAP Hybris, Magento, and/or Salesforce Commerce Cloud preferred. Experience with Adobe suite products a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly at all levels of the organization including senior executives.
  • Hands-on experience in creation of proposals, business cases, POVs, and customized consulting solutions.
  • Expertise on Excel and PowerPoint/Keynote o Experience in reporting/analytics tools and ability to draw insights from data
