This role is not about managing individual projects; it's about defining how we manage projects. Methodology, Standards, and Governance- Methodology Leadership: Lead the development and continuous refinement of our standard project management methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid) and governance frameworks. - PM Tool Mastery: Design, maintain, and own the deployment and training for standard PMCoE tools, templates, and key artifacts (e.g., Project Charter, Risk Register). - Knowledge Hub: Own and manage the PMCoE knowledge hub (SharePoint/Intranet), ensuring all documentation, training, and lessons learned are current and accessible.2. Capability Building and Maturity Advancement- Training & Coaching: Develop and deliver engaging training programs, workshops, and one-on-one coaching to Project Managers on PMCoE standards and best practices. - Maturity Assessment: Coordinate and analyze results from Project Management Maturity Assessments, contributing to action plans for organizational improvement. - Community Facilitation: Lead the PM Community of Practice (CoP) to foster cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing.3.
