Job Summary :

We are seeking a Technical Architect with extensive experience in designing and implementing solutions across multiple technologies ,including Java, React, Node.js, and Angular.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience, excellent communication skills, and a professional, presentable personality.

This role requires strong leadership, architectural expertise, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement robust, scalable, and high-performing technical architectures.

- Provide technical leadership across multiple projects and ensure adherence to best practices.

- Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and development teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.

- Define architectural standards, guidelines, and best practices for Java, React, Node.js, and Angular applications.

- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions for business challenges.

- Conduct code reviews, ensure quality standards, and optimize application performance.

- Drive cloud adoption strategies and microservices architecture implementation.

- Mentor and guide development teams in adopting modern frameworks and methodologies.

- Engage in technical discussions and present architectural recommendations to stakeholders.

- Ensure security, scalability, and maintainability of applications.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 8+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on architecture and design.

- Expertise in Java, React, Node.js, and Angular with hands-on experience in full-stack development.

- Strong understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).

- Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud-native development.

- Solid understanding of design patterns, software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum), and best practices.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

- Familiarity with modern front-end and back-end frameworks, security best practices, and performance optimization.

- Certification(s) in cloud architecture, Java, or front-end technologies (AWS Solutions Architect, Java SE/EE, etc.) is a plus
