Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect .NET to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-grade technology solutions. The role requires deep expertise in .NET technologies, cloud platforms, and modern architectural practices, along with strong leadership skills to guide development teams and ensure successful delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver end-to-end architecture solutions leveraging .NET and related technologies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical designs.
  • Assess existing applications and recommend modernization strategies and cloud adoption.
  • Ensure compliance with security, scalability, and performance best practices.
  • Drive the selection of appropriate tools, frameworks, and integration approaches.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
  • Develop and maintain architecture documentation, standards, and best practices.
  • Integrate third-party software, APIs, and cloud services into enterprise solutions.
  • Participate in project planning, risk assessment, and quality assurance reviews.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 15+ years of experience in software development, solution design, or IT consulting.
  • Proven expertise in .NET technologies and enterprise application architecture.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
  • Hands-on experience with microservices, APIs, and enterprise integration.
  • Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core, .NET Framework, Web APIs, and related technologies.
  • Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Strong understanding of security, networking, and database technologies (SQL/NoSQL).
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead architecture discussions and mentor engineering teams.

Preferred / Nice to Have

  • Cloud certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect, AWS Solutions Architect).
  • Experience in large-scale enterprise modernization or legacy migration projects.
  • Exposure to insurance, BFSI, or consulting domains.
