Key Responsibilities :

- API Development : Develop and maintain high-performance RESTful web services, ensuring seamless communication between applications.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define, design, and ship new features that meet business objectives and user needs.

- Performance Optimization : Proactively identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, ensuring high application responsiveness and scalability.

- Code Quality & Best Practices : Maintain high code quality through rigorous testing, code reviews, and adherence to industry best practices.

- Database Management : Utilize your solid experience with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and MySQL for efficient data storage, retrieval, and optimization.

- Tooling & Version Control : Leverage Git/GitHub for version control and demonstrate a deep understanding of JavaScript dependency management and build tools.

- Continuous Learning : Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in web development to continuously enhance our solutions.

Must-Have Skills :

- 7+ years of overall experience in software engineering.

- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails.

- Strong front-end skills : JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3.

- Expertise in designing and implementing RESTful web services.

- Familiarity with Git/GitHub for version control.

- Deep understanding of JavaScript dependency management and build tools (e.g., npm, Yarn, Webpack, Babel).

- Solid experience with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and MySQL.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile, and creative work environment.
