The Installation Technician will be responsible for installing, setting up, and troubleshooting automated parking systems. Day-to-day tasks include installing and managing system cabling, testing system functionality, addressing technical challenges, and providing on-site support. Ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and professional interactions is an essential part of the role.Qualifications Strong troubleshooting skills to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth functionality Proficiency in installing, managing, and maintaining system cabling and hardware Effective communication and customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction Experience in providing on-site technical support and addressing client concerns Ability to work collaboratively with a team and adapt to fast-paced environments Technical diploma or relevant certification in a related field is preferred Past experience in installation or maintenance roles is an advantage
