Key Responsibilities
Build and Lead:
Establish, grow, and mentor a global inside sales team from scratch, ensuring high performance and alignment with business goals.
Drive Sales Strategy:
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to acquire and retain clients in Staffing, RPO, MSP, VMS, and EOR services.
Market Expansion:
Drive business development efforts across North America, LATAM, and EMEA markets, leveraging deep market insights and strong client relationships.
Hands-On Leadership:
Be a hands-on resource, willing to roll up your sleeves to support the team in achieving targets and overcoming challenges.
Sales Automation & CRM:
Utilize sales and marketing automation tools (preferably HubSpot) to streamline processes, track performance, and enhance customer engagement.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing, operations, and leadership teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.
Revenue & KPI Ownership:
Own sales metrics, pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting to drive predictable revenue growth.
Must-Have Qualifications
10+ years of overall industry experience, with at least 5+ years in selling Staffing, RPO, MSP, VMS, or EOR services.
5+ years of experience in building, leading, and scaling sales teams from scratch.
Proven track record in successfully selling services across North America, LATAM, and EMEA.
Strong expertise in sales and marketing automation tools (preferably HubSpot).
Exceptional leadership qualities, with the ability to inspire and drive teams toward success.
A hands-on approach, willing to take initiative and execute tactical sales activities when needed.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Strong understanding of sales methodologies, negotiation tactics, and business development strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
