Junior Paid Media Specialist

: Junior Paid Media Specialist : 1 - 3 years. : Vadodara, Gujarat, India : US Shift (10-hour shift including a 1-hour break)• Set up, monitor, and optimize campaigns across LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), and Meta Ads. • Support in planning full-funnel paid strategies aligned with B2B buyer journeys. • Manage daily campaign budgets, pacing, and bid strategies to ensure performance efficiency.• Track and analyze KPIs, including CTR, CPL, CAC, ROAS, and conversion rate. • Conduct regular A/B tests for ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments. • Implement optimization recommendations to improve ROI.• Research and build custom B2B audience segments based on firmographics, job titles, and interests. • Leverage lookalike and retargeting strategies to increase lead quality and pipeline contribution.& • Work with the design and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and messaging. • Provide insights on creative performance and recommend data-driven improvements.& • Prepare weekly and monthly performance dashboards with actionable insights. • Identify trends and opportunities to improve campaign efficiency. & • Use Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio, etc.). • Assist in campaign tracking and attribution setup using UTM tagging and CRM integrations.• 1–3 years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns in the B2B space. • Proven knowledge of LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Ads platforms. • Understanding of marketing funnels, attribution models, and lead generation metrics. • Experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Excel/Sheets for reporting. • Basic understanding of CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or GoHighLevel) is a plus. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw insights from data. • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in communication.() • Experience with automation workflows. • Exposure to A/B testing tools (e.g., Google Optimize, VWO). • Basic familiarity with SEO or organic demand gen principles. • Certification(s) in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or Meta Blueprint.
