Meet Our Team:As a member of IT Enterprise Business Systems group, you will be working in one of the most innovative groups that leverages latest features of Pega Infinity platform including GenAI capabilities to develop applications that provide portals and buddies for internal & external facing portals. You will work closely with talented engineers and product owners across the globe to build a highly scalable Pega Applications. This includes impact to functionality, services and assistance to People, Corporate governance, contract, legal, marketing, sales, demox, customer service teams amongst others. Apart from the new work, the team also has iterative enhancement requirements for existing buddies.Picture Yourself at Pega:Pega is changing the way the world builds software. In this role, you’ll help us design, develop, and implement applications using Pega Infinity platform and GenAI (Knowledge Buddy) capabilities. This is your chance to get your hands on working on leading technologies to solve interesting problems.What You'll Do at Pega:Leverage best in class technologies to drive the conversion of requirements into feature design, its implementation, testing, deployment and support.Work as part of a collaborative Agile team working in a SCRUM model surrounded by fun loving talented engineers.Technologies you will work on are Pega Infinity, Python.- 50% Pega Application Development - 50% PythonWho You Are:- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design. - Be able to implement code that meets engineering excellence standard with minimal oversight - Good at development of highly scalable and performant features using Pega Platform - Ability to take ownership of stories and working experience in an agile/scrum team environment. - Passionate about learning new technologies and innovation. - Demonstrated ability to logically identify and analyze/solve problems. - Good verbal and written communication skills, including poise in pressure situations.What You've Accomplished:- Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing applications using Pega Platform and Python. - Bachelor’s engineering in Computer Science or similar field. - Demonstrated expertise in deploying and managing Large Language Models (LLMs), with deep knowledge of GenAI deployment considerations and orchestration frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex. - Advanced proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), including AI/ML services, infrastructure, and secure deployment of GenAI applications. - Skilled in Kubernetes-based microservice architectures, containerized GenAI workloads, and chunking strategies for data processing. - Experienced in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems using vector databases, and familiar with prompt engineering, versioning tools, and GenAI-specific evaluation metrics. - Adept at integrating AI agent frameworks into complex workflows, applying security best practices, and rapidly prototyping in GenAI environments (“vibe coding”).Pega Offers You:- Gartner Analyst acclaimed technology leadership across our categories of products - Continuous learning and development opportunities - An innovative, inclusive, agile, flexible, and fun work environment - Competitive global benefits program inclusive of pay and bonus incentive, employee equity in the company
