As a Zonal Manager in the Magicbricks sales vertical, your primary responsibility is to oversee and drive the sales operations within a specific geographic zone.
Role and Responsibilities:
1. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share within your assigned zone. This involves analyzing market trends, identifying growth opportunities, and devising effective strategies to capitalize on them.
2. You will lead a team of sales professionals, including sales managers and executives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure they meet their targets.
