Ltd.Experience: 2–5 years (or specify)Type: Full-timeRole DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Billing Engineer with strong technical and commercial understanding of interior fit-outs, MEP works, and project execution. The ideal candidate should be able to handle billing, measurement, inventory valuation, and project progress tracking with accuracy and ownership.- Prepare and verify client bills, vendor bills, and work-in-progress (WIP) reports. - Maintain accurate measurement sheets for Civil, Interior, Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, and other MEP works. - Coordinate with Site Engineers for daily measurements, BOQ validation, and work certification. - Track inventory consumption, material reconciliation, and update project-level stock reports. - Prepare and monitor project progress vs. billing reports, including RA bills and milestone-based billing. - Validate vendor invoices against actual work executed, BOQ, PO rates, and site records. - Support the project team in budgeting, cost control, and deviation analysis. - Maintain documentation for audit, QC, and billing verification. - Coordinate with design, procurement, and accounts teams for smooth billing closure.Qualifications- 2–5 years experience as a Billing Engineer in commercial interiors / fit-out / EPC / MEP projects. - Strong understanding of site execution for interior civil works, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC. - Hands-on experience in measurement processes (AutoCAD, Excel, measurement sheets). - Knowledge of inventory reconciliation, WIP valuation, and project cost tracking. - Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work with site teams. - Familiarity with RA billing, BOQ formats, and basic contract terms. - Good communication and documentation skills.
