Hiring: Billing Engineer – MEP (Electrical / Mechanical)Role SummaryWe are hiring a Billing Engineer – MEP responsible for measurement, planning coordination, and monthly billing of Electrical & Mechanical works across multiple live project sites. The role directly impacts cash flow and billing realization, with ₹25–100 lakh monthly billing per site.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare monthly RA bills for Electrical & Mechanical worksHandle MEP billing for 10–15 active sitesTake joint measurements and maintain MEP Measurement Books (MBs)Ensure 100% capture of billable MEP quantitiesCoordinate with Operations Head (MEP) for monthly billing planningFollow up with client/PMC MEP engineers for timely certificationTrack billed vs certified vs paid amountsIdentify extra items, deviations, and variationsMaintain billing documentation and compliance with contract & GST normsBilling Exposure₹25–100 lakhs per site per monthHigh-value Electrical & Mechanical packagesMulti-site billing responsibilityEducation (Mandatory)Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering ONLYCivil Engineering profiles not acceptableExperience4–8 years of exclusive MEP billing experienceHands-on RA billing for Electrical / Mechanical worksMulti-site project exposure preferredTechnical SkillsMEP BOQ & quantity take-offElectrical & Mechanical RA billingAutoCAD (MEP drawings)Advanced MS Excel (billing & certification tracking)Working knowledge of MEP contracts & GSTKey CompetenciesStrong attention to detail and accuracyExcellent follow-up and coordination skillsComfortable with monthly billing deadlinesCommercially aware, cash-flow focused mindsetReporting ToOperations Head – MEP / Project DirectorWhy JoinHigh-value, fast-paced MEP projectsDirect exposure to billing, cash flow, and commercial controlsOpportunity to work closely with senior operations leadership
