Roles & Responsibilities :

Job Purpose :

You will own and manage all the Data, MIS, Dashboard & Automation requirements that are needed for regular monitoring, ad-hoc requests and perform data analysis for the Business team working on Partnerships & Growth Initiatives

What you will do :

1. Create an automated flow of information regarding all growth initiatives such as campaign monitoring, ads analysis, partnership funnel, operational findings to relevant stakeholders via multiple channels such as Quicksight dashboards, Email MISs (via python), Google sheets, Slack channels via integrations and ensure data consistency as well as anomaly detection

2. Implement frameworks to automate and deploy above mentioned outputs by effective data integration, streamlining processes and operations workflows to reduce manual effort

3. Create databases and data marts that are required for performing analysis and monitoring experimentation impacts on business, quickly and efficiently

4. Work with growth, product, marketing, salesops, tech & data teams to build data pipelines that are required for creating reporting datasets/data marts

5. Perform analysis which can be ad-hoc or regular in nature and convert them into frequency capped monitoring (if its regular) such as lead quality analysis

6. Establish proactive alert mechanism for data and KPI movements to provide regular findings on designated workstream, leading to improved operational efficiency

Must haves :

1. Excellent data manipulation skill with proficiency in excel, sql & python

2. Ability to create data mart design required for building governance

3. Ability to create data and metric alerts for quick anomaly detection

4. Ability to do basic root cause analysis and provide findings to the stakeholders

5. Ability to integrate systems for slack reporting using Google AppScript & Webhooks

6. Should be from lending or marketing background, any would be preferred

Nice to haves :

1. Experience of handling large datasets using pyspark

2. Experience in working with BI tools such Tableau, PowerBI, Quicksight, Clickhouse etc

3. AI adaptability in routine tasks
