Sales Leader – GCC Business (India/APAC Focus) Location: Hyderabad/ Bangalore As a Sales Leader for the GCC Business, you will play a crucial role in managing and expanding business with existing customers in the GCC region, while identifying and nurturing new opportunities in target accounts. the role will be based in India, requiring you to drive growth through strategic client engagement, proactive solutions, and cross-functional collaboration. Your responsibilities will involve fostering strong professional relationships with key executives, driving large multi–service line deal wins, and collaborating closely with presales, solutioning, and delivery teams to deliver value to customers. You will also be expected to independently lead proactive solutions, provide strategic direction on technology development, and execute account strategies aligned with customer priorities and the competitive landscape. With over 18+ years of experience in IT services and a proven track record of selling and growing business in the GCC region, you will be well-equipped to succeed in this role. Your ability to seed and win large deals, along with your strong background in the GCC industry and consultative skills, will be instrumental in achieving growth targets and maximizing profitability. Key Responsibilities Manage and expand relationships with GCC customers while driving new client acquisition. Lead large, multi-service line deal pursuits, working closely with presales, solutioning, and delivery teams. Provide strategic direction on technology development and proactively lead solution creation. Develop and execute account strategies aligned with GCC customer priorities, industry trends, and competition. Build and maintain CXO-level relationships to influence decision-making and drive long-term partnerships. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Order booking and revenue growth Profitability and margin improvement Realized revenue vs. forecast Customer satisfaction and retention Qualifications & Experience 18+ years of experience in IT services, with a proven track record of business development and sales in the GCC market. Strong consultative selling skills and ability to seed, nurture, and close large deals. Deep understanding of the GCC industry landscape, business culture, and decision-making patterns. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently, influence senior client executives, and drive customer excellence.
