We combine creativity, strategy, and technology to deliver products that drive business growth.We are looking for a creative Graphic & Web Designer who can work closely with our marketing team to design visually compelling materials for digital campaigns, presentations, and our online presence.Key Responsibilities·       Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and design marketing materials including:o    and social media creativeso   Slide decks, presentations, and pitch materials (e.g., PowerPoint, Google Slides)o   Website and landing page designs aligned with marketing campaignso   Email templates, banners, infographics, and case study layouts·       Ensure brand consistency across all marketing assets and digital channels.·       Work on UI/UX design improvements for the company website and marketing landing pages.·       Optimize visual assets for different platforms and formats (desktop, mobile, print).·       Stay updated on design trends and apply best practices in digital marketing design.Requirements·      2+ years of proven experience in graphic design and web design.·       Strong portfolio showcasing digital marketing design work (social media, web, presentation decks, etc.).·       Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) or Figma.·       Experience with Canva, Google Slides, or PowerPoint for marketing presentations.·       Understanding of web layout principles, color theory, and responsive design.·       Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus (not mandatory).·       Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Nice to Have·       Experience with motion graphics or video editing (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro).·       Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress or Webflow.·       Understanding of SEO-friendly design and web optimization practices.What We Offer·       A creative, collaborative, and fast-paced work environment.·       Opportunities to work on real-world marketing projects that reach large audiences.·       Flexible work setup and performance-based growth opportunities.·       Competitive compensation aligned with skills and experience.
