Responsibilities :

  • Customer Oriented : You empathize. You are obsessed with providing the highest quality product and experience to the customer
  • A Go-Getter : You internalize the business goals, understand the user behavior, conceptualize using first principles, back it up with data, and design and deliver product solutions to solve business problems.
  • Analytical and a Problem Solver : You monitor and measure launched products and feed learnings back into the product development process.
  • A Leader : You demonstrate the ability to drive cross-functional teams (business, operations, analytics, design, engineering) in a fast-paced hyper-growth environment where requirements might change as we learn more about the user.
  • A Seeker of Absolute Truth : You ask for critical feedback. Collect data, analyze, and draw insights to inform product direction and make better product decisions
  • An Owner : You own, drive, and execute the product road map. You communicate product plans, benefits, and results, as appropriate, to a spectrum of audiences - internal and external
Requirements :
  • Bachelor's degree from a Tier 1 engineering college (IITs, BITS Pilani, NSIT, DCE, NITs, IIITs).
  • MBA from Tier 1 B schools (IIMs, ISB) is preferable.
  • 4+ years of prior product experience.
  • Experience with solving problems at scale in consumer products and growth is preferred.
  • Experience working with a cross-functional team across engineering, design, analytics, and business.
  • Should have independently led a product charter and defined its vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  • Experience in driving product delivery from ideation to implementation is a must.
  • People management experience is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Candidates should be highly motivated toward problem-solving in the Edtech domain for students, teachers, and parents
