Core Responsibilities:

As the Head of Logistics, you will be pivotal in aligning our logistics strategy with Rofoso's core values of Trust, Reliability, and Ownership. Your key responsibilities will include:


Sample Request and Handling:

  • Ensure honest and transparent communication while coordinating with brands to request product samples.
  • Establish a consistent process for handling and managing sample requests to maintain high standards of reliability.
  • Take full ownership of the entire sample request cycle, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.


Final Selection for Quality Control:

  • Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to select samples for final quality control checks.
  • Maintain consistent standards to ensure the reliability of all products listed on Rofoso.
  • Demonstrate ownership by overseeing the quality control process, from sample receipt to final product approval.


Communication with Brands:

  • Build trust through honest, direct communication with brand partners to facilitate smooth logistics operations.
  • Consistently maintain open channels for feedback, queries, and concerns from brands.
  • Take responsibility for representing Rofoso’s values in all communications, ensuring brands feel valued and understood.


Inventory and Supply Chain Management:

  • Develop and implement logistics strategies that align with Rofoso's goals, ensuring consistent reliability in supply chain operations.
  • Oversee inventory levels and coordinate with warehouses to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Lead the logistics team with a sense of ownership, promoting a culture of responsibility and proactive problem-solving.


Logistics Optimization:

  • Continuously analyze logistics processes to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.
  • Use data-driven insights to enhance reliability and efficiency across the supply chain.
  • Take ownership of the logistics KPIs, driving continuous improvement and innovation.


Team Leadership and Development:

  • Build and mentor a high-performing logistics team that embodies Rofoso's values.
  • Foster a culture of trust and reliability within the team through consistent communication and leadership.
  • Encourage a sense of ownership among team members, ensuring they feel empowered to make impactful decisions.


Qualifications:

  • Proficient user of AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field. Experience as a former founder or team lead is a plus.
  • Deep understanding and alignment with Rofoso's core values of Trust, Reliability, and Ownership.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record of managing logistics teams and optimizing supply chain processes.
