Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and execute end-to-end data migration and data quality initiatives for ERP implementations.

- Leverage tools like SAP Data Services, DSP, SAP Information Steward, and other leading migration platforms to drive data transformation and quality improvement.

- Perform data profiling, cleansing, mapping, and transformation across complex data landscapes.

- Collaborate closely with functional and technical teams to understand business requirements and align data strategy accordingly.

- Participate in ERP project lifecycles, including design, build, test, cutover, and support phases.

- Develop and optimize SQL queries, scripts, and reports for data validation, reconciliation, and monitoring.

- Engage directly with clients and stakeholders to present findings, insights, and recommendations.

- Support the implementation of data governance and data quality best practices.

- Continuously improve migration frameworks, processes, and documentation.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical/analytical field.

- Minimum 6 years of ERP techno-functional or functional experience, preferably with SAP.

- At least 2 full-cycle ERP implementations with hands-on involvement in data migration streams.

- Minimum 1+ year hands-on experience in ADMM (Advanced Data Migration & Management).

- Proficiency in tools such as DSP, SAP Data Services, or SAP Information Steward.

- Strong SQL skills (queries, table structures, relational databases).

- Hands-on experience in data quality analysis, statistical modeling, and data mining.

- Familiarity with data warehousing and ETL concepts.
