**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Manager to join our Finance Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing cash flow, overseeing funds management, and performing various accounting functions to ensure the financial health of the organization.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Cash Flow Management:** Monitor and manage daily cash flow to ensure sufficient funds are available for operations and investments.
- **Funds Management:** Oversee the allocation and utilization of funds, ensuring compliance with financial policies and regulations.
- **Financial Reporting:** Prepare accurate financial reports, forecasts, and budgets for management review.
- **Account Reconciliation:** Perform monthly reconciliations of bank statements and general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy.
- **Audit Preparation:** Assist in preparing for internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and insights.
- **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with other departments to support financial planning and operational efficiency.
- **Compliance:** Ensure compliance with financial regulations, policies, and procedures.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Proven experience as an Accounts Manager or similar role, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and accounting principles.
- Proficient in accounting software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
