Looking for a Dynamic Delivery Manager to manage Delivery for key client engagement(s) having very good experience in Agile Project Deliveries, Client Management, P&L and People Management.

Requirement:

  1. 18+ years in Delivery with at least 5+ years in Project & Program Management in Application Development, Maintenance & Support projects.
  2. Very Good Experience in End to End Project Management using Agile Methodology in an onsite-offshore model.

  8. Experience in managing projects both in T&M and Fixed Price.
  9. Should have strong experience in Commercial and Specialty Insurance.
  10. Should be able to manage multiple account, nurture account and grow account.
  11. Should have good exposure in executing/ managing ASM, nextgen services (data, infrastructure) and digital transformation programs.
  12. Transformed large programs from Waterfall to Agile methodology
  13. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in account management, excellent leadership skills, and proficiency in latest technologies such as cloud computing or data science, and Generative AI (Gen AI).
  14. Collaborate with Service-lines managers/SPOCs to solution and service the business pipeline
  15. Identifying customer needs and overseeing service delivery within the business context
  16. Customer facing and maintaining positive relationships with customers
  17. Assessing customer feedback and using your creativity to establish, improve, risk mitigation, and refine services
  18. Remaining organized and meeting deadlines
  19. Building partnerships and liaising with team leaders to determine the company's services, delivery criteria, and solutions for issues that may arise and focus on Continuous Improvement Programmes
  20. Leading the service delivery team, managing conflict, and ensuring the team's processes and tasks are carried out efficiently
  21. Managing finances and budgets
  22. Determining ways to reduce costs without sacrificing customer satisfaction.
