My client, a global IT consultancy firm is now building up a Pega operation center in India with aggressive hiring plan.Job Responsibilities Design, develop, and configure Pega applications using modern Pega Platform capabilities and best practices. Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and participate in design reviews, code reviews, and performance tuning. Collaborate with Business and Solution Architects to ensure solutions meet business objectives and technical standards. Define and manage case lifecycles, data models, business rules, and integrations (REST, SOAP, JMS). Build case management applications using Pega Constellation and ensure adherence to guardrails and enterprise governance. Contribute to reusable frameworks, components, and shared assets Support testing, deployment, and post-launch activities. Stay updated on new Pega features to recommend improvements. Apply Agile and DevOps practices, including CI/CD and cloud deployments. Support test automation using PTAK, Selenium, Postman, or JUnit, and design reusable test cases. Use SQL and APIs for data validation and integration testing.Preferred Qualifications Consulting or industry experience in financial services, insurance, or healthcare. Hands-on experience with enterprise Pega applications, case design, data modeling, and rule implementation. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience in Agile environments. Solid understanding of Pega architecture, case management, decision rules, flow rules, and integrations. Familiarity with DevOps tools, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (Pega Cloud, AWS, Azure). Experience with test automation tools and basic SQL/API knowledge. Bachelor Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer/Information Science, MIS, IT, or related fields Pega Certified System Architect (CSA)This role offers the chance to contribute to impactful projects within a supportive and inclusive team culture.
