Engineering Industries Excellence is hiring Pega Developer.Open Position: 6The PEGA Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing PEGA solutions to meet business requirements. You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, create technical designs, and ensure the robustness and scalability of the PEGA platform. This role demands a deep understanding of PEGA PRPC, system integration, and the ability to lead and mentor a team of developers.ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement PEGA solutions that align with business requirements.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather technical requirements.Create technical designs and architectural frameworks for PEGA applications.Ensure system performance, scalability, and security of the PEGA platform.Lead and mentor a team of PEGA developers.Develop and maintain technical documentation.Execute performance tuning and optimization.Integrate PEGA applications with other systems and databases.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PEGA implementations.Must Have Skills:5+ years of Pega Application development knowledge using Pega Development platformHands-on experience in Case Management, Decision & Declarative rules, SLAs, Data PagesSecurity Management (RBAC/ABAC rules)Knowledge on UI/UX & Portals development rulesGood communication skillsGood to Have• Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA/CSA)• Hands on experience on at least 2-3 development projects in Pega• Experience in one or more Integrations such as REST, SOAP• Understanding of Pega Best Practices, Guardrail improvement techniques• Experience in One or more Pega frameworks such as CDH, CLM-KYC, Smart Dispute, CPM etc…• Release Management or Deployments• Knowledge on Pega ConstellationNice to Have• Good analytical skills• Knowledge on Pega application performance tuning activities• Knowledge on Pega Deployment Manager OR Custom CI/CD pipeline• Experience in Pega Upgrades / Migrations and rule fixes#LiRemote
