Referral Relationship Manager
ABOUT THE ROLE
Referral Relationship Manager - Understanding customer expectations, developing customer loyalty & referral programs, creating a quality customer sales experience, to acquire new customers.
• Strategic thinker and ability to analyze and solve problems quickly
• Develop and implement strategies that help in growth of transactions / engagement with the existing customer base using the CRM database.
• Connect with our customers to increase in revenue by selling Organization Essentials / Product Exchanges / Cross Sales of products
• Take up new initiatives, ideate and execute on new/existing lead generation methods
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships ➢ How do we convert customers who have purchased into members ➢ How do we engage them and create a rewards mechanism. ➢ How do we ensure repeat purchases from them. ➢ What special benefits should be available for Loyalty Program members. The Ideal Candidate
• Experience : Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales
