Lead Performance Testing ( 8 to 12 years).


Key Responsibilities :


- Lead the performance testing strategy and planning for various applications and systems.


- Design and execute performance test scenarios based on business requirements, ensuring they cover a wide range of real-world usage patterns.


- Use tools like LoadRunner, JMeter, or other performance testing tools to simulate load and stress testing.


- Coordinate with development teams to identify performance bottlenecks and work on optimizations.


- Develop and maintain performance test scripts and automated test scenarios.


- Analyze test results, identify performance issues, and generate detailed reports with clear recommendations.


- Conduct performance tuning and optimization for database, servers, and network systems to ensure the application scales effectively under load.


- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, operations, and infrastructure) to ensure performance standards are met.


- Mentor junior team members and provide technical leadership on best practices for performance testing.


- Create and manage performance test plans, scenarios, and scripts.


- Track and report on key performance metrics like response time, throughput, and resource utilization during test execution.


- Perform load testing, stress testing, endurance testing, and capacity planning.


Required Skills & Experience :


- 5+ years of experience in performance testing, with at least 2-3 years in a lead role.


- Strong expertise in performance testing tools like LoadRunner, JMeter, or similar.


- Hands-on experience with automated performance testing scripts (e.g., scripting in LoadRunner, JMeter, or other tools).


- Solid understanding of web applications, databases, and network architecture and their performance implications.


- Experience in performance monitoring tools like Dynatrace, AppDynamics, New Relic, or similar.


- Knowledge of performance testing in different environments (e.g., cloud, on-premise, hybrid).


- Strong analytical skills and experience in interpreting complex performance test results.


- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment.


- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.


- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects and deadlines.
