We create innovative and sustainable solutions for our customers to answer society’s needs – today and in the future.About the job (Job Responsibilities)Working knowledge / Experience of end to end employee life cycle (Hire to Retire)Experience of maintaining Employee records in SuccessFactorsProvide Payroll input to the Payroll teamMaintain statutory compliance for IndiaMaintain Organization & HR Data and systems’ new changes/deployment.Responsible for HR operational support to Global HR Operations, including payroll delivery.Coordinate Payroll for smaller sized countries with the external payroll providerEscalate/refer cases to team lead as appropriate and communicate effectively with stakeholders.Coordinate end-to-end Payroll process for smaller sized countries in various regions, working closely with the payroll vendor and Finance to ensure correct and timely payment of our employees and vendorsTake, investigate and resolve requests from employee onboarding/offboarding process, background check, employer certificates, transfers/movements process, learning administration etc. in line with turn-around timeMaintain Organization & HR Data and systems’ new changes/deployment to ensure data accuracy, support HR Technology deployment project.Responsible for HR Operation support to India, support payroll delivery, business requests and resolve HR Data & system support case(s)/inquiriesSupport regional HR Operation transition project(s) and have the opportunity to communicate effectively with different stakeholders within/across functionsEscalate cases as appropriate to Regional HR Operations team, Global Process & Technology team and Centers of Expertise.Contribute to knowledge transfer & best practice sharing within and outside India HR Operations team.We believe you bring (Education & Experience)Bachelor's/Master's degree.Major in Computer/Data science or HR related field preferredMinimum 6 years’ experience in HR field in large multi-national company. 1-2 years of experience with HR Information Systems (preferably SuccessFactors) knowledge, data reporting & analysis expertisIn-depth knowledge of all working and system processes within the HR Operations organizationStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to details and good follow upGood team player, high sense of accountability, ability to handle multi-tasks & work effectivelyProactive attitude and are well-organized, good communication skillsGood knowledge of Microsoft Office Application and HR related technology, including payroll system, employees master data system and othersFamiliar with SuccessFactors, ServiceNowPlease apply via our online recruitment system.
