Job description: Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹45,000/month Location: Rajkot, Gujrat We at Exceptional Ad Agency, a leading D2C E-commerce Marketing Agency, help brands scale beyond ₹1 Cr+ in revenue. We’re hiring a Digital Marketing Manager to lead our team, manage performance campaigns, and oversee multi-channel growth strategies. Key Responsibilities: Lead, manage & mentor a team of digital marketers and creatives. Plan, execute & optimize paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.)for e-commerce clients. Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve keyword rankings and organic traffic. Oversee social media marketing – strategy, content, and growth across platforms. Drive Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)strategies to boost website performance and sales. Collaborate with the design/content team to produce high-performing ad creatives & landing pages. Analyze performance metrics, identify growth opportunities, and deliver actionable insights. Maintain regular reporting & communication with clients on results and scaling strategies. ✅ Requirements: 3–5 years of experience in Digital/Performance Marketing . Proven track record of scaling D2C/e-commerce brands . Strong knowledge of Paid Ads, SEO, Social Media, and CRO . Hands-on experience with analytics & ad platforms (Meta, Google, Klaviyo, GA4, etc.).
