Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Telecaller for a remote, full-time position at Wings Global Services. This entry-level opportunity is suitable for freshers with up to one year of work experience. As a key member of our team, you will leverage your communication skills to engage with customers and help drive our strategic objectives.

  • Excellent telecalling skills to effectively communicate with clients and address their needs (Mandatory skill).

  • Generate leads through effective communication strategies and follow up on potential opportunities.
  • Document client interactions and feedback in CRM systems, ensuring all data is accurate and up to date.
